Volunteer Fundraising Support

As part of Volunteer Fundraising Support you will be attending events that take place throughout the North West and will be a representative and a face of TLC Network within the community.

 

We have three main areas within Volunteer Fundraising Support:

1. Volunteer Retail Bucket Collectors - To be a representative and a face of TLC Network in the community. Duties will include collecting donations at various local stores, assisting with bag packs at checkouts, selling raffle tickets and supervising tomobolas!

2. Events Volunteer  - To support fun and mass participation running and cycling challenge events.

3. Volunteer Local Community Events Support - To attend local community events i.e. Open Garden Events, Arts and Craft Fayres, Seasonal Festivals and Cake Bakes.  Duties will include serving hot/cold drinks and light refresments, bake cakes, set up and clear down refreshment tables and raising the profile of TLC Network.

Qualities of a TLC Network representative will be enthusiasm, positivity, a good communicator and works well on their own or as part of a team.  It is a position of responsibility and trust.  Most importantly we want our Fundraising Volunteer Supporters to have fun, spread the word about TLC Network, telling of the wonderful support and activities we can offer the The Welcome centre for children, young people and their families with the money raised at our events.
